We pride ourselves in our group fitness classes being loads of fun. Each class caters for all fitness levels, from beginners right through to fitness pros. Our fully qualified Instructors are welcoming and committed to your fitness success. We can modify classes to your ability to ensure you work hard for wherever you are in your fitness journey. Our environment is lively, encouraging and welcoming, and we would love to see you soon.

PUSH YOUR LIMITS!

  • Indoor/Outdoor Group Fitness

    Time to mix it up. With a different class every time, this will get you results fast. It might be tires and ropes one week, interval style training or circuit the next.

  • Weights Circuit

    Boost your natural hormone output and metabolism with this high-load training circuit. It's designed to build and sculpt lean muscle while you strip away fat.

  • Boxing for Fitness

    Its time to put on your boxing gloves! Boxing for fitness is one of the most effective ways to increase your cardio fitness, tone muscles and build core strength.

  • Pilates

    Pilates focuses attention on movement and breath allowing for body sculpting benefits through core conditioning, building longer and leaner muscles and improving flexibility.

  • Pound

    Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

  • Zumba

    Great music, great people and a party atmosphere to burn a ton of calories without even realizing. Zumba takes the ‘work’ out of ‘work out’.

  • Zumba Toning

    Get ready for a high definition rock-hard party. The same great Zumba music with moves to focus on toning and sculpting your entire body. A total body work out!

  • Metafit

    WARNING - This class will change your body shape! The 30 minute class that lasts 24 hours. Metafit is a body weight training system and uses major muscle groups with big movements.

  • MetaPwr - Launching January!

    NEW - MetaPWR is a new metabolic circuit workout using functional equipment and exercises mixed with programmed timings and variations. Using battle ropes, power bags, kettle bells, slam balls, and dynamic body weight movements in a fast-moving power circuit.

  • Yoga

    This class uses postures and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. Yoga encourages proper alignment of the body and brings balance, strength, and calmness.

STRONG @ Turn It Up

Turn It Up Health & Fitness is super excited to announce we will be launching Strong sessions starting March/April.

Strong sessions will be held every Saturday starting at 10 am and lasting for 2 hours.  During this time your expert Strong trainer will step you through the entire session.  Each weekly session will be different and will include using equipment such as Atlas Stones, Logs, Yokes, Duck walks, Axle lifts, Sleds, Farmers walks and more.

If you want to try something new, something that will get amazing results for your strength and confidence, and that is super challenging and fun, this is for you.  We will be bringing you the launch date soon!
